<div itemprop="description">GRAZYNA ZAJAC - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Grazyna (Grace) Zajac (nee Slowik), on December 7, 2013, at the age of 55. Grazyna passed away peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital surrounded by her family. Grazyna is survived by Bogdan her beloved husband of 35 years, by her son Tomasz, her daughters Agnieszka (Anthony Scarangella), Justyna (Jonathan Neralich), Victoria and her treasured grandchildren Nicholas and Matthew. Grazyna will be dearly missed by her mother Janina Slowik, her sister Boguslawa Gluszek with family and her brother Miroslaw Slowik with family. Grazyna is predeceased by her father Josef Slowik. Grazyna will be deeply and sincerely missed by her extensive family (aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews) in Poland. <br /> <br />With a love for life, Grazyna cherished her family above all and was happiest when gathering to celebrate holidays and the milestones in the lives of her four children. <br /></div>
