<div itemprop="description">JAMES SAI-KI YEUNG : <br /> <br />Born December 31, 1924. Spent his early years and was educated in Hong Kong. When Japan invaded China and subsequently when HONG KONG also fell to Japanese occupation in Dec. 1941, James managed to find his way into the unoccupied China where he joined the Air Force to fight against the Japanese. <br /> <br />He was with the 1st Sino-American Combination Bomber Division, 4th Squadron, until 1949 and left the air force as a 2nd Lieutenant. He met and married his wife Doreen in Hankow, China, then returned to Hong Kong to start his family and careers. The family moved to Canada in 1969. Settled down originally in Vancouver, then moved to Bramalea, Ontario and called it home there until 2003 and then moved out to Scarborough until his passing. <br /> <br />He had a 3 years long struggle with Colon Cancer and finally lost his long battle to the horrible disease in the early morning hours of October 25, 2013. <br /> <br />James Yeung is survived by his loving wife Doreen, sons Lincoln Hin-Kwong (wife May), Leonard Michael Hin-Ming (wife Eleanor), and grandchildren Shawn, Serene, Adrian and Luana. <br /></div>
