Wing Yuen “Peter” Tsang of Markham passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, at the age of 75.

Born in Hong Kong, Peter immigrated to Canada in 1994 to build a new life with his family. He fought a courageous battle with MSA. He will be remembered for his kindness, quiet strength, and the love he shared with everyone around him.

Peter is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Chui Ping Yeung; his daughters Iris (Stéphane) and Doris (Jason); and his cherished grandchildren Olivia, Sophie, Aiden, and Isabelle, who brought him endless joy. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers Lawrence and Tze On, sisters Angela and Josephine, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Peter’s gentle spirit, warm smile, and deep devotion to family will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him. Visitation and funeral will be held 9-11am Wednesday Oct 22 at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre. Flowers can be delivered or donations may be made to Defeat MSA Canada.
