<div itemprop="description">&nbsp; <p> William Earl Matheson </p> <p> May 31 1929 &ndash; January 31, 2013 </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of William Earl Matheson on January 31, 2013, peacefully at his home with family. </p> <p> Bill was the beloved husband of Dorothy and father of </p> <p> Warren (Joan, deceased) and his fianc&eacute;e Nell, </p> <p> Paul (Susan), Nancy (Mike) Millar, Janice (Robert) McKnight </p> <p> Predeceased by daughter, Marion Elizabeth (1955 &ndash; 1957) </p> <p> Cherished and respected grandfather of Warren&rsquo;s children, Chris and Courtney, Paul&rsquo;s children, Sarah, Olivia, Spencer and Shane, Nancy&rsquo;s daughters, Samantha and Madison, Janice&rsquo;s sons, Cameron, </p> <p> Matthew, Braydon and Owen. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> Bill was a 32nd degree Mason and member of 5 lodges, Ionic, Oak Branch, Peel Chapter, Emanuel Preceptory and Chinguacousy Lodge. </p> <p> Bill was an Elder and member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for over 50 years.&nbsp;&nbsp; Bill was an original Harley Davidson motorcycle rider for the OPP Golden Helmets.&nbsp; Bill also worked for Macdonald Douglas Aircraft Company and finished his career as an Inspector for the Theatres Brach of the Ontario Government.&nbsp; In his second career, Bill worked at the Peel Village Golf Course until the age of 83, and always enjoyed the fellowship of the Brampton golfers. </p> Friends and family will be welcomed at the Meadowvale Visitation Centre, 7732 Mavis Rd at Ray Lawson Drive on Sunday February 3rd at 2:00.</div>
