William (“Billy”) Kenneth MacKinnon - Passed away peacefully on Sunday November 16, 2025 at the age of 89 with his daughter by his side. Beloved husband and companion of Joan Rosemary (Knight) MacKinnon for over 50 years (deceased July 26, 2014). Cherished father of Penny (Jim Connors) and Karen (deceased August 17, 2017). Proud Grandfather of Emily, Evan and Sydney. Bill was a retired Senior Fraud Investigator with the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations (MCCR) and worked closely with various Police Services in Ontario. Bill will be deeply missed by friends and family. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Pine Hills Cemetery in Scarborough on Saturday December 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment and reception to follow.
