April 18th, 2012, on a beautiful sunny morning, Walter Ramdeholl, Sr., departed this life after a valiant and long struggle with a stubborn heart.
He was a wonderful man, with a mind to be reckoned with, and a joyful spirit. He is survived by many who he’s touched in his 77 years of life – his loving wife, Enid, his children, Karen (Randy), Troy (Rebecca), and namesake, Walter Jr. (Loretta). Papa will be missed by his sweet grandchildren, Joshua, Stefan, Julian, Madelaine, Gabriel and Chelsea.
As a big brother to his many siblings, he will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
A loving uncle who treated his nieces and nephews like his own.
A Teacher, and a Principal, who commanded respect and admiration from all who were lucky to be under his tutelage.
Always a friend, ready to share a drink and speak of good times and funny memories.
Though he is gone from our sights and an empty chair now sits at the table, Walter will never be far from us. He is with us celebrating our achievements, rejoicing in our new children, and he graces us sweetly in our sleep.
We will remember him with gladness in our hearts always.
