Wah Yau Pong 陳龐華柔

Pong, Wah Yau:
Passed peacefully after a brief illness on Sunday June 22,
2014 at Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital at the age of 94. A full time
homemaker, Wah Yau devoted much of her time to volunteer work both in Hong
Kong and Canada. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed Chinese
opera singing in her spare time. Predeceased by her late husband Mr. Yu Kui
Chan and son Augustine. Beloved mother of Professor Tathung Chan and Shirley
Lee (Chi Heng) and loving grandmother of Brian and David Lee. Wah Yau will
be very much missed by her younger sister Wah Yip and her many nieces,
nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews
