<div itemprop="description">Violet passed away peacefully at Scarborough - Birchmount Hospital on April 30, 2014 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Kent. Cherised mother of Jeanne (Mike Leung), David (Diana) and Benjamin (Karen). Proud grandmother of Lisa, Nicole, Kevin, Adam, Eric, Noah, Ryan, Madeleine and Owen. Violet will be greatly missed by her many friends and relatives. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Cemetery and Visitation Centre (625 Birchmount Road, north of St. Clair Ave. E., Scarborough, 416-267-8229) on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. and on Monday, May 5, 2014 from 9-10 a.m. A funeral service will be held in the Pine Hills Memorial Chapel at 10 a.m. with interment to follow.</div>
