Filtsos, Vasiliki (nee Christofilos, Vasiliki) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 02, 2026. Vasiliki was the cherished wife of Dimitrios, loving mother of Soula, Penny (Petros) and Greg (Robin) and adored giagia to Stephanie, Sophia and Nicholas. She was survived by her beloved brother Vasili (Effie) sister Konstantina (late brother-in-law George) and late brothers, George (Maria) and Xaralambos and sister Georgia. The most treasured aunt of her many nieces and nephews.
Vasiliki was born on August 20, 1942 in Kolines, Greece the daughter Ioannis and Panagiota Christofilos. She came to Canada in 1960. She worked tirelessly, lived life to the fullest and loved deeply. Her family and friends will remember her for always having a seat at the table for you and always greeting you with open arms. She will be deeply missed. We will continue keep her close to our hearts with the flowers we grow, her recipes we enjoy and the memories we share.
