<div itemprop="description"> <p> <b> Manastersky, Timothy &ldquo;Tommy&rdquo; &ndash; </b> </p> <p> <b> March 7th, 1929 </b> <b> ~ </b> <b> March 11th, 2012 </b> <b> </b> </p> <p> It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Tommy on Sunday March 11th, 2012 in his 84th year. Loving husband of Carol (nee Reynolds). Proud father of Tim (Coral), Tony, Larry (Cathy) and Bill. Adored Gumpa &amp; Papa of T.J., Taryn, Danielle, Mark, Michael, Patrick(predeceased), Cara, Jennifer and 4 great grandchildren. Tommy will be greatly missed by sisters-in-law Joan (Tony), Di (Bobby), his sisters, nephews, nieces and his many friends. 1949 Montreal Athlete of the Year (1949 Grey Cup &amp; Memorial Cup winner with Montreal Alouettes &amp; Montreal Royals). Devoted hockey &amp; football dad, family chauffer, care package deliverer and Carol&rsquo;s biggest fan and windsurfer rigger (see the Toronto Windsurfing Club testimonial at this link:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; www.torontowindsurfingclub.com a copy of which is on the Life Stories page above)&nbsp;.
