Sunny Kee Wong passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, at the age of 89 in Markham, Ontario. He has joined his beautiful bride Susan in heaven. 2026 would have marked their 70th wedding anniversary.

Born in China on October 10, 1936, he immigrated to Canada in 1952 as a teenager and attended high school in Hamilton. He was the son of Hung Yew and Yee Jin, both deceased.

He is survived by his children Tim (Joy), Sandra (Sidney), Tony (Sue) and Cynthia (Jeff); his grandchildren Robin, Katrina (Mike), Kristina (Marcel), Kathryn Sarah, Samantha (Whitfield), Shelby, Serena (Brendan), Stephanie (Sebastian), Kevin, Justin and Alex; his great grandchildren Dallas (Dakota), Hayden, Dexter and Chiara; his brother Fat Ming (Pui Sin Choi) both deceased; and his sister Ther Tham (Douglas) both deceased.

A reception will be held after the funeral at Zunyan Fine Dining and Banquet at 648 Silver Star Blvd., Scarborough, all are welcome.
