Loving grandmother of Conrad DeFreitas, Lisa Sebastiano, Frank DeFreitas and Debbie Maia. Cherished great grandmother of Christina, Alisha, Jonathan, Tiana and Kevin. Visitation will take place on Saturday, December 5th, 2015 from 11am- 12pm at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre ( 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto). Service to take place at 12pm with reception to follow until 3pm. Friends and Family are welcome. No wreaths by request. Envelopes will be provided at funeral home for donations to appropriate charities.</div>
