<div itemprop="description">Solange Silverberg was born in Rouen, France. She grew up in Montreal where she attended McGill University and studied Linguistics. She also studied Library Science at the University of Western Ontario. She worked for a few years at the University of Ottawa, before moving to Toronto where she held a number of senior administrative positions at Robarts Library, Univeristy of Toronto, over the remainder of her career. She is survived by her spouse, Andrzej Pindor.</div>
