Sofia Lazenis passed away peacefully on Monday, August 25, 2025 after a long illness. Born in Ammohori Greece, Sofie came to Canada in 1956 and started a new life. Predeceased by her husband of 47 years, John (2003), her sister Niki Romas (2019), her nephew John Morihovitis (2015) and her parents John (Traian) (2016) and Fila Alexandridis (1999).
Sofie will be sadly missed by her sister Lika (Kostas), her brothers George (Trianka) and Paul (Janet), brother-in-law James Romas, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
