梁譚秀英 Shau Ying Leung
February 25, 1945 - July 29, 2013
Mrs. Leung passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, July 29, 2013 at the Rouge Valley hospital, in Scarborough. Shau Ying Leung was born February 25, 1945 in Canton, China. She was united in marriage to Kam Pao Leung in Hong Kong and were married for 50 blissful years.
A consummate mother, homemaker and loving wife, Shau Ying was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She obtained many great ideas from watching the food and cooking channels and created her own unique recipes which became memorable family favourites.
She is survived by her husband Kam Pao Leung, son Godfrey Leung and his wife Carole, daughter Vicky Leung and husband Peter Stahl, son Ken Leung and wife Bonnie Lam. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Nicholas Leung, Christopher Leung, Harrison Stahl, Nathan Stahl, Cooper Leung and Ella Leung.
