Sharon passed peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday May 30 surrounded by family.
She had been intermittently ill for some time, and was battling many medical problems.
She grew up on a farm on Amherst Island and lived in most of her life afterwards in Oshawa, Toronto, and Hamilton. Together with her brother Doug, she was accepted into the loving arms of her their foster parents Marion and Frank, who already had 3 boys of their own.

She worked as Hairdresser, Optical Lab Associate and a Security Alarm representative.
She loved to travel and she succeeded in seeing much of the eastern and southern US, as well a cruise of the Mediterranean in 2016.
She loved people and being around as many as possible.

She will be missed by her family and friends.
