It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Samuel Chen 曾榮光先生, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He passed away peacefully on August 5, 2026 at the age of 90.

Born in Jamaica on June 20, 1936, and immigrated to Canada in 1975. Samuel lived life to the fullest; watching sports, playing chess, and cooking for his loved ones. Nothing put a larger smile on his face than welcoming every new addition to the family.

His legacy carries on through his family. His wife; Chun Tai, along with his children; Mike (Cicee), Serena (Roe), and Tom (Connie), and grandchildren; Nick, Victoria, Emily, and Max.

Samuel will be profoundly missed, forever cherished, and always remembered.
