Pt. Saligram Taploo, son of Pt. Ganeshdas and Poshkuj Taploo, was born on April 13, 1928, in Srinagar, India. He was well known for his unwavering passion to inspire, motivate, and educate the underprivileged, without expecting anything in return.

A double graduate in mathematics, Pt. Saligram Taploo retired as a Senior Audit Officer from the Accountant General’s Office in Srinagar. He embraced minimalism as a way of life. His large circle of disciples maintained a lifelong bond with the family, and each continues to make a meaningful impact in their respective fields.
