<div itemprop="description">It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Ruby McCann on Friday, August 14th, 2015 at the Brampton Civic Hospital; at the age of 72. <br />Ruby leaves behind her beloved Husband John &quot;Jack&quot; McCann. Cherished Mother of Jack and Lynn McCann and Mary (McCann) Hylton and David Hylton. <br />Ruby dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by her Grandchildren Amanda (McCann) Simpson, Jack McCann, Shannon McCann, Daniel Hylton, David Hylton and Rachel Hylton. <br />Cherished Sister of Elizabeth Cantwell and family, Violet Lowry and family, Margaret Forsythe and family and Linda Phillips and family, and Brother-in-law George Hennessey and family. Predeceased by sister Mary Hennessey in February of 2015. <br /> <br />Ruby will be very sadly missed by close family friends Gladys and Roy Vergis-Mayo and their children Katryna, Jessica and Tyler. <br /> <br />In memory of Ruby and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Calvary Baptist Church would be greatly appreciated by the family. <br />Special thanks to the compassionate Doctors and Nurses in the Oncology department of the Brampton Civic Hospital.</div>
