<div itemprop="description">Roy Diaz, 68, of Markham, Ontario passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 18, 2014. <br /> <br />He was born in Victoria, Tarlac in the Philippines, to Amado Diaz Sr. and Loreto dela Merced Diaz. <br />He graduated from San Beda College with a degree in commerce. He was a loving husband to Erlinda Lucero Diaz. <br /> <br />He is survived by Paul, Richard and Maria Louisa Diaz. <br /> <br />Roy was involved in numerous businesses including a trucking business in the Philippines, Diatron Computer Technology Inc. in Canada and a member of the staff of Maria Louisa L. Diaz Law Office. <br /> <br />In his spare time, Roy liked to spend time in the garden, play video games and listen to music. <br /> <br />He will always be remembered for making everyone smile, his always insightful advice, comfort he provided with his compassionate nature and his devotion to his family.</div>
