<div itemprop="description">Michael Doreskey Rowe was born on the 30th day of April 1941 in Jamaica to Glendennie and Charles Rowe. <br /> <br />In search of a better life Michael arrived in Canada August of 1968. Later that same year he met Babsy Blair. Years later they were happily married in 1974. <br /> <br />Together they moved to Brampton Ontario in 1977 where he attended Sheridan Collage. Michael was employed as a plant supervisor at Canadian International Packaging until 1988. <br /> <br />Michael Rowe can be described as a kind well respected man. Like his father he possessed the ability to command a room with his strong personality. He had the capability to adapt to each situation he encountered. His steady passion for life drove him to acquire the knowledge and skills he needed to provide for his family. Like a Sheppard he had the ability to lead from the back and used his knowledge of the world to help mentor those he cared for. Michael had certain presentence surrounding him that let you know he was listening, that he would help you if he could and that he always provided advice from the heart. <br /> <br />On the 23rd day of February 2014 at his home in Brampton, Michael Doreskey Rowe left this life peacefully. <br /> <br />Like a pebble thrown into the middle of a pond Michael has left a lasting impression on all of those he touched. He left this earth as a Proud Son; as a cherished Brother; as a caring Husband; as a strong Father; as a beloved Uncle; as a Principled Mentor; as a respected patient; as a trusted friend; as a relentless fighter and a loving Grandfather and Great Grandfather. <br /></div>
