<div itemprop="description">November 16, 1948 &ndash; August 28, 2012 <p> It is with great regret to announce the passing of my life partner; amazing wife; incredible mother to Kaeli and Kirsten; mother-in-law to Michael Ceravolo and David Chalmers; and grandmother to Addison, Isabelle and Josephine.&nbsp; She selflessly gave so much of herself to everyone who knew her.&nbsp; Her energy and her spirit was enjoyed by all the people in her world.&nbsp; There is no way to express the loss our family feels.&nbsp; She was one of a kind and I was lucky to have been married to her for 37 years.&nbsp; Kaeli and Kirsten learned how to be kind and sensitive from her.&nbsp; Our three grandchildren experienced a grandmother who was totally committed to being the best she could be &ndash; she accomplished that and more.&nbsp; She fought pancreatic cancer for 7 months and never complained &ndash; she was graceful to the end. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p> <p> <b> She lived, she laughed, she loved.&nbsp;&nbsp; </b> &nbsp; </p> <p> From her loving husband Don. </p> <p> Visitation will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery Visitation Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto (east gate entrance), 416-485-5572 on Friday, August 31, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.&nbsp; Chapel service on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 11:30 am.&nbsp; &nbsp;If desired, memorial donations may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital &ndash; Pancreatic Cancer - Personalized Cancer Medicine Fund at&nbsp;www.pmhf.ca&nbsp;or 416-946-6560. &nbsp; &nbsp;Link is provided on the donations page. &nbsp; Condolences and photos may be shared on the guestbook and photo pages. &nbsp; </p> </div>
