Rachel Ashwatee Roy, born November 8, 1958, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2026.

Rachel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose presence brought strength, kindness, warmth, and care to those around her.

Rachel touched the lives of many through her compassion, guidance, generosity, and unwavering support. She had a strong, resilient spirit, a sassy sense of humor, and a vibrant personality that made her unforgettable to everyone who knew her. She also had a deep love for dogs, cooking, and bringing people together through food.

Rachel leaves behind her loving husband, Mack; her daughters, Teresa and Anita; her cherished grandchildren, Melanie and Victoria, and her nephews, Sean and Neil, who were like her sons. She will also be deeply missed by her beloved puppies, Maui, Zola, Olive, and Plum.

Rachel had many siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish the memories, laughter, and love they shared with her.

Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
