黄若愚先生 Peter Y.Yu Wong
February 28, 1935 - January 8, 2015
He was a dedicated man who worked hard all his life to raise and support his family and in this regard he accomplished this goal admirably. And just as he fought hard in life, he fought hard to overcome and survive his latest illness, but unfortunately despite a valient effort he could not overcome this final hurdle. During his earlier years when he was healthier he was very active and loved to swim, participate in senior community events, soccer, classical music, ping pong and mah jong among his many interests.
He was also a kind person with a gentle heart and while he sometimes had difficulties expressing his emotions and feelings, he dearly loved and cared for his family and always wanted the best for them. He left this world much too soon as he deserved many more years ahead of him and while his family and friends will be sad to see him go, at least one can take comfort in that he can now finally be free of pain and take a well earned and much deserved rest.
He will be eternally missed and we bid Peter Yeuk Yu Wong a final goodbye and goodnight and promise to visit him often and lastly wish to tell him to not worry about anything anymore, to rest easy and that hopefully someday we will see him again.
