Peggy Yuk-Ping Jang
March 31, 1952 - May 29, 2026
Peggy Yuk-Ping Jang, 74, passed away on May 29 2026 surrounded by loved ones.
Peggy was born in Hong Kong on March 31 1952. She comes from a large and tight knit family of 7 siblings. She immigrated to Canada in 1974 and soon met her future husband Gin. They started a long distance romance while travelling between Toronto and Ottawa to visit eachother. Gin and Peggy got married in 1976 and Peter was born in 1981. This year would have been Gin and Peggy's 50th anniversary. Peggy stands out with her ready and gentle smile and her love of family.
Peggy worked with the Royal Bank for her entire working career and was mostly within the mortgage financial field. After retiring, she enjoyed going on cruises with Gin and travelling the world. Her love of family was blessed with the arrival of her beloved grandchildren, Austin and Lexi.
Peggy is survived by her spouse(Gin), son(Peter), daughter-in-law(Jill), grandson(Austin) and granddaughter(Lexi).
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 12 2026 at 10am. The funeral service will follow at 11:30am. There will be a reception held after the service on site. Please RSVP at Peter.Jang@gmail.com if you'd like to join us for the reception.
