<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Sylvia and pre-deceased by his parents Josephine and Allan Briggs. Brother's George, Jimmy, Edward and Art and Sister's Kitty Gallant, Teresa Chamberlain, Carmel Estey and Winnie Carson.<br />&lrm;<br />Loving Father of Allan Briggs and Cynthia Currie (husband Chris Currie) and Pamela Briggs (husband Terry Case) He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Joshua and Kyle Currie. Pat will be fondly remembered by his many relatives and friends. <br /><br />Friends and family gathered at the Simple Alternative Funeral Home in Pickering Ontario to pay their respects on Monday, 27 Oct 2014.<br /><br />In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Cancer Society.<br /></div>
