<div itemprop="description"><br /> <br />Nanay, Patricia &quot;Pat&quot; - Gently passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Credit Valley Hospital at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Mel. Cherished mother of Rhonda, Carolyn, Brian, Paul, Debbie and Myles. Much adored grandmother of Jonathan, Taylor, Olivia, Sara, Andrew, Stephanie, Matthew, Krista, Ronan, Jake and Shelby. Pat was a waitress most known for working at the Diplomat Tavern where she met Mel. Pat was generous, outgoing, giving and loved by all. Pat will be remembered mostly for her strength and determination. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Simple Alternative - Mississauga, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga on Wednesday March 19th, 2014 from 6-7 p.m. Memorial Service to be held at afterward from 7-8 p.m. Condolences can be made at mountpleasantgroup.permavita.com</div>
