<div itemprop="description">Norma Theresa Dias passed away on October 31, 2015 at her residence in Scarborough, Ontario after a lengthy battle with cancer. <br /> <br />Born on June 9, 1940 in Kingston, Jamaica. She was 8th of nine children born to Jacob and Rhoda Dias. She retired from the provincial government after 39 years of service. <br /> <br />She is survived by her two sons Michael Chin and Ricardo Chin; Daughter-in-law Louri wife of Michael; Grandchildren Ravae, Myles, Maken, Marcus and Korina; Siblings George, Keith, Vilma and Cynthia; Nieces and nephews in Jamaica, Canada, USA and the UK and Soulmate Winston Barrett. <br /></div>
