October 22, 1937 - February 26, 2026

Surrounded by his loving family, Nick died peacefully on Thursday, February 26th at Bridgepoint Healthcare at the age of 88.

He will be fondly remembered by his daughter, Helen (Donald), son Gus (Cherie); cherished in memory by grandchildren, Matthew (Kate), Alissa (Thuy), Olivia (Garrett), Rowin, Atticus; and adored by great-grandchildren, Ella, William, Thomas, Emma and Jack. He will be missed by his siblings, Steve (Lola), Mary, Georgina and many nieces and nephews.

Nick was predeceased by his loving wife Fany; his sister Eleni; brother-in-laws, Gus, Niko and Xenofoni, and parents, Kostantinos and Kalouda.

Funeral Services will be taking place at Pine Hills Funeral Centre on Monday, March 2nd at 10:00am, with reception at Floga to follow the burial.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Nick Papoutsis. He was my neighbor whom i gad the great pleasure of knowing over the years. We woukd engage in good conversations. He was a proud home owner who took great pride in maintaining his property and especually his beautiful awn. He was always friendly greeting you and asking how I was doing when he would he would go for his routine walks around the neighborhood. May you rest in peace, Nick.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Nick Papoutsis. He was a close friend of my grandparents of who they share many memories together. It was a pleasure to know him growing up, he was always friendly and a very kind soul, welcoming to everybody. I enjoyed all the moments I got to see, talk to, and be around Nick. Though not being family related, it always felt like he was part of my family, and I will never forget the amazing soul he was. May you rest in peace Nick 🕊️
