<div itemprop="description">It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Miriam Solitar, in her 79th year, on Saturday, July 4th, 2015. <br />Sister of Donald Solitar (deceased),and Esther Solitar (deceased)and sister in law to Francien Solitar. She leaves behind her son, Bruce (Dianna-Lee), her 3 grandchildren, Logan, Clinton (Krystina) and Raelene (Craig). She was Nana Toots to her great grandchildren, Autumn and Jack, and Aunt Minnie to Mike (Carrie), Nicole and Kayla. <br /> <br />She was known for her huge grins and her sense of fashion. She would bake for anyone, if they said they liked a certain dessert. She was generous, kind, and enjoyed her &quot;scratch&quot; cards. She loved to crochet and knit, and she loved to pass on her finished crafts. <br />Her heart was always open to everyone.</div>
