<div itemprop="description">Mike Diaconu, 75, died peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the early morning hours of December 28, 2015. <br /> <br />Mike is survived by his wife Elisabeth, daughter Cren, son Cris and daughter-in-law Nargis. <br /> <br />In death, much like during his life, Mike remains the eternally graceful man we all came to know and love. He was a loving husband and father, and his compassion and goodness will never be forgotten. <br /> <br />Mike&rsquo;s passion and joy, especially in his later years, was to share stories from his world travels together with his wife. <br /> <br />A special thank you to the Sunnybrook Hospital for their loving care and support. Also thank you to the York Visitation Centre for all of the arrangements. <br /> <br />Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at York Cemetery &amp; Visitation Centre on Tuesday, December 29. Mike will be laid to rest at York Cemetery at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 30.</div>
