It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Michael Freeman, who left us on January 14, 2026 at the age of 58.

Michael was deeply loved and will be remembered for his creativity, loyalty, and kindness. Mike brought so much laughter and light into our lives, and we are incredibly grateful for every moment we shared.

He is survived by his wife Kristin, siblings Kerry (Stephen) and John, and was preceded in death by his mother Donna Freeman, brother Paul Freeman, father Philip Freeman, brother Charles Freeman; and sister-in-law Cecilia Ye Hong. He is fondly remembered by his in-laws John & Marilyn Whiteley, sister-in-law Adrienne Tscherniak, brother-in-law Axel Tscherniak; his nieces and nephews Sophia, Isabel, Alexander, Emma, Aurora, Balen; extended family, cousins and friends.

The following will take place on Saturday, January 31st, from 1:00-5:00pm, at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, Toronto.
Visitation 1-3pm; Memorial Service 3pm; Reception until 5pm.
