Our beloved Max passed away peacefully on October 20, 2015, at the age of 87. Max was the youngest son of Alfred Henry and Elsie (nee Thomas) Reimann, and was born in Erdington, England on May 20th, 1928. He was predeceased by his elder brother, Alfred Robert (in 1946).

Max emigrated to Canada in 1954, shortly before marrying the love of his life, Jean Marie (nee Smibert). Max was a loving father to John, father-in-law to Teresa (nee Fiume), and indulgent grandfather to Jessica and Joshua. He was also honorary "Uncle Max" to the Miller and Gow children. His proudest business achievement was founding M&B MAG LTD. in 1972, producing concrete buckets which are used all over the world.

Max's legacy includes his generous spirit, his pride in the Reimann heritage, his work ethic, his playful yet dry sense of humour, and his fierce loyalty to his family and friends. Max had a unique character and was truly "one of a kind" - from his Secret Society two-fingered handshake, well-loved cowboy boots, "pussycats" endearment, to his ability to act out charades with a martini in one hand while pointing to the ceiling (for EVERY charade) with his other hand.

In lieu of flowers, this wanting to make a donation in Max's memory are asked to consider the Southlake Regional Health Centre, Coronary Care Unit (CCU) where Max was treated with exceptional care by an incredible team of doctors and nurses.
