Beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother
Passed away peacefully at home with family and caregivers by her side on Monday, January 18, 2016 in her 96th year. She joins her cherished late husband Douglas W. (March 27, 2007). Marion was the loving mother of Suzanne (Jim Barton), Steve (Kathy), Edward (Sharon) and Jim and the proud grandmother of Jennifer, Keith, Derek, Laura, Sara and Paul. She will be remembered for her love of music, her dedication of playing her piano daily and for her devotion to family. A celebration of Marion and Douglas’s Life will be held at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Saturday, January 30th at 2:30p.m. with Visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow.
