<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully in her 85th year, on August 5, 2011 with family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Dennis and loving mother of Emilio (Leo), Jean, Dean and Raymond. Devoted Nana to Laura, Ian, Amanda and Harley. Maria will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and friends in Canada, England and Italy. Maria loved her family the most, she was an active member of the Brampton Knightsbridge Senior Centre, and enjoyed her bingo and casino trips. A special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and counsellors for their care and support in the E.R., Cardiology Unit, I.C.U. and Palliative Care Unit at the William Osler Health Centre, Brampton Civic Hospital. A Celebration of her life has taken place. If so desired donations may be made to the William Osler Health Centre &#65533; Brampton Civic Hospital.
