Cherished mother of Diane McWhirter (David). Caring and proud grandmother of Jennifer and Ryan McWhirter. Predeceased by her loving brother Leonard and sister Dorothy. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all the caring, dedicated staff at Leisureworld Altamont Nursing Home. <br />Friends and family will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY &amp; VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 1 to 2 p.m. with a service to follow at 2 p.m. If so desired donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. <br /></div>
