Manuel Balignasay

In Loving Memory of Manuel Balignasay

Beloved husband of Flora, proud father to Christine and JR, and cherished grandfather to Christian, Christen, and Calix.

Manuel was a man whose life was built on love, sacrifice, and unwavering faith. His deepest joy came from caring for his family—and in his later years, from being with his grandchildren, who brought him endless happiness.

He raised us to aim high, to give our best in everything, and to do so with humility and grace. He was kind to everyone, always smiling, and quietly teaching through the way he lived.

He loved to cook—always spoiling us with home-cooked meals—and enjoyed treating us to meals out. He found comfort in the simple things: watching movies, collecting shoes, and most of all, spending time with family.

As a husband, he was deeply loving and devoted, always caring for Mama Flora and making sure she was treated like a queen.

The last nine months were tough, but Dad fought a brave fight. Even in pain, he never lost his faith. He prayed every day, stayed strong for us, and reminded us what it means to live with courage, kindness, and love.

We will carry his laughter, his lessons, and his love with us—always.

For Our Papa Marlon,
You gave us love without condition,
A steady heart, a quiet mission.
To Mom, a partner strong and true,
To us, a hero through and through.

Though you are gone, your love & light will stay,
In every step we take each day.
We love you, Papa.
