Mae Price
December 16, 1941 - June 7, 2014
Mae Price (nee Smith) formerly of Dundee, Scotland and dearly loved wife of Bill Price, adored mother of Craig (Stephanie) and Dianne (Scott), doting Nammy to Liam, Maeya and Keegan and loving sister of Alistair and Irene Rankin (Alan) died on Saturday June 7 in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Mae was a breast cancer survivor and paddled on the Pink Sensations BC survivor dragonboat team from Pickering. She was also involved iin the Camp Quality puppet show about children with cancer returning to school and as an advocate for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in the Canadian Cancer Society program. Mae was a retired Early Childhood Educator at Collwell Nursery School and taught children the social skills they would need later in life. Mae will be sorely missed her many friends and relatives in Scotland and Canada.
