Lorna Fay Crooks
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 10, 2013; where she was welcomed home by her Lord and Saviour; her parents Leslie and Lucetta and her brothers Anthony (Tony) and Calvin ( Trenton). Lorna was the cherished mom of her beloved and devoted daughter Sharon (Garnet Gibson). A dear sister of Winston (Trevor), and an adored aunt of Tracey-Ann, Dwayne and Andre. Ms. Fay will be deeply and truly missed by her extended family. Fay took pride in her career with Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries and will be missed by her Pine Hills family. Fay faced tremendous challenges during the last few months of her life yet still met each day with a smile and undeniable strength.
A special thank you to all health care professionals for all their love and support. Family and friends will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Friday, November 22 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23 at 11 a.m., with one hour of visitation prior.
