It is with sadness that we announce Linda Chui Lin Fong passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 91, in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Born on June 24, 1934, in Kaiping (開平), China, Linda immigrated to Canada in 1958, first setting her roots in Halifax, before moving to Montreal, and eventually Toronto.

She is survived by her husband, Richard (married for 68 years); brothers, Ken and Roy; sons, David (Evalyn) and Danny (Connie); and grandsons, Michael (Michelle) and Jason. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanne.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the Elgin Mills Funeral Centre (1591 Elgin Mills Rd E, Richmond Hill). Family and friends are also invited to a visitation at the same location beginning at 12:30 p.m.
