King Fee Tom, aged 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Born in Taishun, China, he carried with him the values and customs of his upbringing, passing them on through the way he lived, the stories he shared, and the example he set for his family. He carried a resolve that guided him through life’s changes, from leaving China to building a new life in Canada in his mid twenties.

Son of the late Wei Ben and Yip Moon Ying Tom, he leaves behind his beloved wife Suan, and their children—Helen (Gord), Peter (Lily), Ken (Janet) and Kevin (Deanna)—who will forever hold close the memory of his presence and the life he built. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Alex and Nathan, who brought him joy and pride in his later years. Dear brother to Faye (late Kenneth) and uncle to Simon, Norman, Edmund and Kaufman.

King Fee Tom’s presence will be deeply missed, but his impact and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
