<div itemprop="description">KEVEN GARY NIKKEL Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill at the age of 52 after a valiant battle with thymic cancer. Beloved husband of Guylaine (nee Larocque), doting father of Andrew and Candace and loving son of J.C. and Ed Nikkel, he will forever be remembered in their hearts. Keven is survived by his siblings and their spouses: Gaylene and Nick, Debbie and Curtis, Glen, Tammy and Rob, Eddie, Corey and Linda and their families. Loving son-in-law of Marius and Claire Larocque, cherished brother-in-law to Suzanne and Lino Crosta, Helen and Richard Engels, Jacques and Chantale Larocque, Stewart LaCombe and their families. Keven will be held dear in their hearts and in those of his many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended families and friends. We would like to make special mention of Keven's many friends and colleagues at Plan Electric where he worked for over 20 years. He was also a passionate builder and the &quot;go to&quot; guy for any renovation or restoration projects. We would like to express our deep gratitude to the many physicians involved in his care over the last two years and the superb palliative care at Hill House Hospice. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 16th from 2-4 p.m., followed by a service at the Elgin Mills Visitation Centre, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East (corner of Leslie and Elgin Mills), Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1M9, 905-737-1720.</div>
