It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Katica Zitek, a beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and dear friend, who left us peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

She was the heart and anchor of our family.
Beloved wife of Ivica for 54 years.
Loving mother of Branko (Patricia), Marija and Anthony (Sandra). Much loved grandmother to Daniel, Natalie and Soren.

We are grateful for her kindness, gentle nature and the beautiful memories she leaves with us.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Bethell Hospice Foundation, a special place that cared for her with such compassion.

Visitation will take place at Meadowvale Cemetary and Funeral Centre on Tuesday, September 23rd, from 5pm-8pm.
