Moore is very sad to announce her passing on August 17, 2011 at North York General Hospital. Kathleen (Kay) was born on March 14, 1927 in Jamaica W.I., She was predeceased by her husbands Donald W. Moore and Jack L. Hedmann. Much loved mother of Karlene L. Clustie (Michael), Lawson A. Hedmann and Rosemary Mohr (Betty) and stepdaughter Linda Gordon, grandson Mark S. Hedmann and great grandson Nathan K. Hedmann, her sisters Sybil Simpson and Cynthia Jackson, niece Joanne Nesbitt. Kay is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren plus many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Special thanks to the staff at North York General Hospital 5SE Wing. Friends may visit at the Visitation Centre in Mount Pleasant Cemetery 375 Mount Pleasant Road (east gate entrance) on Tuesday, August 23 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, August 24 at 1 p.m. followed by interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. If so desired, donations may be made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.</div>
