<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kay on January 13, 2015 at the Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga. Kay is survived by her loving daughters Pat and her husband Paul Chapman and Barbara. She is predeceased by her husband Jack (2009) and her infant daughter Sandra (1945). Mom was born in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland and came to Canada with her family when she was four years old. She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Isabella Crummer and her seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 1535 South Gateway Rd., Mississauga (Dixie Rd., 2 lights south of Eglinton Ave., 905-602-1580) on January 15, 2015 from 11:30 a.m. with the service immediately following at 1 p.m. Cremation. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Spina Bifida &amp; Hydrocephalus Association of Ontario, 555 Richmond St. W., P.O. Box 103, Suite 1006, Toronto, ON M5V 3B1.</div>
