A big hole was left in our hearts when our sweetheart Karen, (Care Bear) passed away peacefully at 47 years old after a brief battle with cancer. She had a good last 4 months, seeming less anxious, going to appointments, and doing her normal chores around the house. A case of what we thought was the flu turned out to be incurable cancer. Karen loved her home, her trailer park and her daily routines. Karen’s special friend was her cat Missy who has been with us for 19 years. She will be greatly missed by sister Michelle, brother David, mother Pat, father Gord, relatives and friends.
