<div itemprop="description">Kai Cheong Yan passed away unexpectedly, at the age of 54, on Dec 20th, 2014 at his home in Unionville, Ontario. <br /> <br />Kai Cheong is survived by his wife Ka Wai Yan, and children Sarah and Justin. <br /> <br />KC was born on July 20th, 1960 in Hong Kong. He immigrated to Canada in 1982 where he began his own family. He was an extremely devoted son, husband, and father. He dedicated his life to taking care of his family and putting their well being and happiness before himself. He enjoyed eating with his good friends and brought laughter to everyone around him. KC's humour and kindness will be missed very much by his family and friends. <br /> <br />A visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th from 4:00-8:00 pm at York Cemetery and visitation centre. A private viewing and cremation will be held on Tuesday, Decemeber 30th. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation or the Alzheimers society of Toronto in memory of Kai Cheong Yan.</div>
