Judy died peacefully, surrounded by family, on January 16, 2025, at North York General Hospital at the age of 85. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Kerry and Kristi, her granddaughters Adria, Elena, Matisse and Burkina, and her sisters Barbara and Joan. Judy retired in the mid 1990’s from a career in teaching, mainly English as a second language and home economics, at various Toronto area schools. She will be remembered by all her knew her for her kindness and compassion.

A memorial service will be held for Judy on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Toronto Necropolis Chapel and Cemetery - 200 Winchester Street, Toronto, ON. Visitation is from 12 noon, followed by the service at 1 pm.
