<div itemprop="description">GEDDES, Josephine Victoria (nee Murray) <br />March 20, 1928 to January 8, 2014 <br /> <br />Predeceased by her parents Douglas and Gwenda (Chestle) Murray, loving husband Donald William Geddes and son Peter. Survived by her children Stephen (Cathy), Barbara Hickson (Ian) and Carole Zamroutian (Jack), her grandchildren Jennifer Abrams (Ron), Lisa Summers (Jade), Ryan Hickson (Ceyla), Matthew Hickson, Michael Zamroutian and Sylvie Zamroutian, her great-grandchildren Bria, Louis and Jude; her siblings Stuart (Joyce), Kathleen Dinn and Gwenda Grech (Albert). Dear and devoted friend and &ldquo;Auntie Jo&rdquo; to many. Farmerette in Niagara during WWII supporting the war effort, teacher in the Sault School Board, volunteer at St. Luke&rsquo;s Anglican Cathedral, avid seamstress and gardener, dinner party hostess, travel adventurer and defender of tradition are just some of Jo&rsquo;s legacies. Jo loved spending time with her friends and family, especially at the Twin Lakes cottage on St. Joseph&rsquo;s Island. A celebration of Jo&rsquo;s life will take place on Tuesday, January 14 at St. Jude&rsquo;s Anglican Church,Wexford, 10 Howarth Avenue, Scarborough www.stjudewexford.ca. Visitation at the church from 10:30 a.m until the start of the service at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. <br /></div>
