<div itemprop="description">Passed away suddenly on March 15, 2013. Josephine affectionately known as Joan was born on October 19, 1925 in Chelsea in the county of London England to Minnie and Henry Clark. She had four siblings Alice, Lilian, John and Dot. Joan met and married Arthur known as Art on December 24, 1944 in Lambeth England at St. Stephen's Church and was saddened by the loss of her loving husband Arthur on May 19, 1971. Loving mother of Elaine (Bob), Raymond (Susan) and Deborah Ann (Scott). Proud and doting grandmother of Todd, Michelle, Jan, Julie, Amanda, Lars, Bradley, Melissa, Emily, Kelsey, Sarah and great-grandmother of Tyson, Adelyne, Gage, Ryan, Coast and Madden. Joan was also blessed with the presence of Charlie Brighton, who remained her faithful companion until his passing in November, 1999. Visitation will be held at PINE HILLS VISITATION &amp; RECEPTION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Road (north of St.Clair 416-267-8229) on Tuesday, March 19 from 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Joan's life will be held on Wednesday, March 20 at 2:30 with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment and reception to follow. Flowers are welcomed or donation may be made to Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation or The Canadian Lung Association.</div>
